Here is my problem. I have three supposed spyware and viruses on my computer that are going to destroy my system. I have McAffee security right now and it seems that it is not doing the job. I have embarq internet now, that offers virus/spam/adware/spyware protection. Will embarq security get rid of my problem? Or do I have to buy software for it?

Embarq ripped me off by verbal contract and messed-up my credit score at a crucial time.
Back up your hard drive to disc, then format the hard drive or replace it. I recommend replacing since the hard drive can never be wiped completely
