If on windows xp, press start-%26gt;run-%26gt;type 'msconfig' -%26gt; when the window pops up, there will be an option for startup services. Uncheck the box that says 'load startup items' -%26gt; then click apply. Restart, no more problem. =D

If on Vista, press start, and in the search bar, type 'msconfig' and press enter, then follow the above instructions
