When I go to the Local Disc, or the C: Drive, i am unable to open up the Program Files folder. Also, I am unable to install programs. I have a feeling its a virus or something of the sort, but my Security program won't open either. Any suggestions, besides get a new computer or wipe my system clean?

To make any changes on your computer you need to log on to the account that you set as the administrator. The administrator is the only on able to make changes on your computer.
