I use a public computer and wanted to find out how to make sure that all my files are deleted?

At school, I use a public computer - used by all students - and I use certain files from my portable hard drive (private information stuff) and I surf many websites with password data.

I want to know what I can do to make sure that all this information is deleted from the computer once I'm finished.

I don't want someone stumbling on the computer and being able to see everything that I last did - for security reasons.

Cheers!

The only secure way is to use something like PC Confidential

Download the trial version

I would do what you said in your example, having some little punk stealing passwords for forums/games/etc, is no fun. Just don't format the C drive!

PS. I hope your not looking at porno...lol.
On your portable drive, install Portable Firefox (from PortableApps) for free. Use that to browse the net and all of your browsing data will be saved on your flash drive - not on the public computer. As an added bonus, you can tote around your bookmarks, history, and everything else Firefox does except for it's all running off of your drive.
