Which one's better, Norton Internet Security 2007 or McAfee's Internet Security?

My Norton Internet Security 2006 will reach its expiry date in 3 days. I will go to Denki to buy a new one. I was wondering if you could help me out to decide what to buy, Norton Internet Security 2007 or McAfee's Internet Security? I'm looking for a powerful antivirus and work fast instead of making my computer runs slow. FYI, Norton 2006 makes my computer runs slow, some say that it's too 'heavy', I don't understand what it meant, though. So, please help me out. Both are equally priced, Norton's IDR 499,000.00 while McAfee's IDR 469,000.00. So price doesn't really matter. One who already use it will make into consideration.

well both of those programs are great for all of your antispyware needs.

However NIS is more directed toward to those who don't understand computers well. Thus, it basically immerses itself in your computer and every once and awhile it will make you click a big "fix-it" icon. Due to it's user-friendliness, it requires more processing power, making it "heavy." Another issue is that if you have problems with NIS (ie adware/spyware/viruses or corrupted files) your computer is basically screwed.

McAfee is less user friendly, but it's simple enough even the least tech savvy person can understand it. However, McAfee doesn't require as much processing power, allowing other programs to run faster.
