Is anything wrong with my computer?

so i just decided to scan my computer just in case mk?

so i click view recent events

oh and by the way im running mcafee

and it says all these "Systemguards have allowed a one-time change to your computer."

it says

spyware, adware, and other petentially unwanted programs can make registry changes to internet explorer security zones, allowing potentially harmful files to run when you start your computer.

(its on a vista computer)

the date says 4/27/2008 and i have used my computer all days since that date and it seems fine

is my computer at risk?

You should be running BOTH McAfee for virus protection, and a good spyware program, such as Spybot, Search %26 Destroy.

Anti-virus programs do not do well with many types of spyware and trojans. But then, anti-spyware programs do not take care of viruses either. You need to guard against both.

Download Spybot and run a scan, it will clean out a lot of stuff that McAfee will miss. I run both on my machines, and never have a problem with trash, spyware of viruses.

sounds like possible spyware... download Adaware 2007 free version from Lavasoft, boot the computer in safe mode and do a full system scan.
un-install all virus blocker programs.
Did McAfee actually find a virus or Trojan? Go to the link below and download the free basic Spyware Doctor. Install the program and run the update. Then do a Full system scan. If you have any malware/spyware you will found out and the Doctor should take care of it.
