When answering security questions for a WAMU credit card account I am prompt to do it again after loging back in? BUT ONLY WHEN ON MY COMPUTER
I have had this promblem for over a month. And have called WAMU several times about it to no avail. All they say is "make sure your not pressing enter after answering the questions and make sure you click submit".
At my friends computer I have no promblem with logging in an creating/answer any possible questions but usually it doesn't even ask.
Anyone know what security feature I have to disable, change or add to get me to log in on my home computer.
Any help with be greatly appricated.

it sounds like a history problem inside your browser. if you use opera or firefox, it is a known problem with them, if you use IE. you have custom setting and are not the administrator, yet a user account made on anothers computer with limitations.
the problem is your cookies.

no really, you have to do the following in IE to fix it..tools internet options
the internet should be no more than medium in security
privacy box, the bar should be no more than medium also
security box
make sure do not save encrypted pages to disk is NOT CHECKED.

You've probably already done this, but check your browser settings to make sure it is set to allow cookies from that particular website. (In IE, Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Privacy tab %26gt; Sites button...scroll through the list of websites to Washington Mutual's and see if it says Block or Allow.)
