BT Yahoo Online Security Will Not Install?

Hi,

I Have tried to install the BT Yahoo Online Security Package and it all goes fine and tells me to restart my computer, but when my computer turns back on and it comes up, it says not installed?

why is this?

I had to install more ram

to download it.

you may have 256 but in reality

it only produces about 242.
