on my other computer i can't log in to yahoo. when i click the yahoo mail button the computer screen flickers between the login page and the current page. it never gets to the login page. also there is a pop up i keep getting that says my certificate has expired for security it asks if i want to proceed or not because the security on the page isn't guaranteed. i press yes and i tried to get the whole certificate, but it still pops up. i have a dell computer. please help.

This problem appears when you have a pop up blocker toolbar installed in your internet browser. try to disable this and try again.
